Wheel Intensive Workshop with Miki at Rocky Hill Arts, Galena, IL

Schedule your private or semi-private session with Miki at her home studio in Galena, Illinois. Rocky Hill Arts is fully equipped with hand-building and wheel work tools, 15 wheels, high performing pug mill, electric kiln, raku kiln, pit fire and a wood fire kiln. Whether you want full or part-time instruction, or just to focus on your own work at your own pace, it is at your fingertips.

Schedule minimum of 3 days, maximum of 10 days.
Long term residency will be discussed case by case.

  • Teapot Intensive, minimum 3 days

  • Wheel Skills Development, 3-10 days, depending on focus

  • Pit Firing (making and firing), minimum 5 days to make, bisque and fire

Fees: $250 per day, per person. Please inquire for groups of 4 or more.
Accommodations: Limited availability on site $150/night.
Clay available for use or purchase based on focus of work.
